Save Your Seat, Move Maine Forward

Maine’s workforce is changing. Let’s shape what’s next.
Maine doesn’t wait for someone else to solve their problems. Never has.
From small family farms and local trades to global manufacturing, logging, healthcare, and education—we’ve always found our way forward. But today, the workforce landscape is changing faster than ever. Employers are navigating workforce shortages, employee burnout, evolving hiring practices, rapid advances in AI, growing skills gaps, and increasing competition for talent. Built by Maine employers, educators, workforce organizations, and economic development leaders—the inaugural Maine Talent Summit is where the people building Maine’s workforce can get in a room and start tackling these challenges together.
Bring your expertise, leave with practical ideas, valuable connections, and resources you can put to work the next day.
